How do I view a product and associated image gallery?
Viewing products on We Love Jeans is simple. Simply click on the jeans you like from the homepage or click from the category's listed on the left to view the range of products. Alternatively, if you know what particular jeans or t-shirt your looking for you can use the search function by typing in the name in the search box on the left hand side of the top menu. Then simply click on the product to view that products details. To view more detailed images simply hover over an image and a larger view of the image will appear to the right.
How do I add a product to my shopping cart?
On the individual product page, simply select your size and click the "Add To Cart" button.
How do I place my order once I have added the products I want to buy to my shopping cart?
Simply view your shopping cart and click on the "Proceed To Check Out" button. Simply fill out the form data by registering as a member and follow the instructions.
What if you don't have my size in stock?
If we don't have your stock, that's not a problem. Simple email us at help@welovejeans.com with the style and size you're after and we will endeavour to get it in for you asap.
When will you have other brands on the site?
We Love Jeans is currently working on adding other brands to the site. If you have any suggestions or you are an agent for a brand and would like to see your products on our site please email us at help@welovejeans.com
Why do you use Paypal for payments?
We Love Jeans cares about the safety and security of our customer's information. Therefore we use PayPal as it is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay securely in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.
Do I need to be a member of Paypal to purchase products?
No. We want the payment process to be as simple as possible and therefore don't require our customers to be a member of Paypal to make a purchase. When viewing the Paypal checkout screen you have the option to either click on a link to fill out your payment (credit card) details or login to Paypal.
Do you ship overseas?
We Love Jeans only ships to addresses in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong and Thailand. Unfortunately we can not ship to other international locations at this point of time and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
